Catherine Waters, the founder of Blue Waters Relocation and Estate Sales, grew up in Del Mar, California. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara, she moved to New York and established herself as a set decorator in the film and television industry, set decorating 3 television series and hundreds of National Commercials. In 2001, she returned to San Diego and joined Coldwell Banker in 2003, earning back-to-back sterling sales awards. She credits her professional success to consistently exceeding client expectations, a success factor at the heart of Blue Waters Relocation. She established Blue Waters Relocation and Estate Sales in 2011.

Susan, an associate with Blue Waters Relocation, has been with the company since 2016. She has brought in a wonderful design sense and attention to detail that is so important in an Estate Sale. She has freelanced selling Vintage Furnishings all over San Diego for over 20 years. We were lucky to get her when she downsized, from her shops at the Antique Warehouse. We are blessed to have her with us.
Tracy also joined Blue Waters Relocation in 2016. She brings a truly competitive edge. She runs the day-to-day crews and manages time and the work flow. As a former CEO (!) I cannot begin to explain the business acumen she provides to Blue Waters Relocation. With Tracy's understanding and management skills, we have a powerful and compassionate Estate Sale Team.
